Once you have purchased a Metabolic Type Assessment through our online store, our system will provide you a security code and forward you to the online assessment questionnaire hosted on the Healthexcel website. By completing the online questionnaire you will be providing the information necessary to produce your Metabolic Type Assessment. You may find it useful to have your spouse, sibling, or significant other review your responses with you. Once finished, you simply 'submit' the completed questionnaire. Within 48 hours the Fitness Professionals' trained and certified MT advisor will receive the assessment results and will contact you to schedule an opportunity to review them.
He will then prepare a sample meal plan that incorporates the assessment results and will provide instructions that describe how to fine tune the plan as your body begins to adapt to the metabolic stimulus which will result. Then He will remain available to provide ongoing support on an as needed basis.
